Welcome to BATHHAUL. BATHHAUL ("we", "us", "our") operates this online store at www.bathhaul.in, which is powered by Shopify. By visiting, using or purchasing from this website you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Please provide accurate, current and complete information when ordering, and keep any account details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Products

We try to display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, photography and manufacturing updates. We may change or discontinue products, and limit quantities, at any time.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices, offers and discount codes may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order. Discount codes may be limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined unless stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners and we do not store your card details.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship across India. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Orders of Rs. 499 and above ship free. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds

Return or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the BATHHAUL name, logo, text, images and videos, belongs to BATHHAUL or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload harmful code, use automated tools to scrape the website, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Our products are personal care accessories for external use. Please stop using a product if it causes irritation. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
