Return window

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

How to request a return

Email us at bathhaulshopify@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video of the item. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Because these are personal care products, used items cannot be returned.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Return shipping is free for approved returns.

Non-returnable items

Used items and items without original packaging cannot be returned. Gift cards are not returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return and place a separate order for the new item.
